Welcome to the C24Club TikTok/Instagram “Viral Challenge” (the “Contest”). By participating in the Contest, each entrant (“You” or “Participant”) agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of C24Club (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

1. Age: Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, or have the permission of a parent/legal guardian if under 18.

2. Residence: This Contest is open to Participants in the United States unless prohibited by local laws.

3. Platform Requirements: Participants must have a valid TikTok or Instagram account or Youtube Account.

4. Exclusions: Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period

The Contest starts on [Start Date] and continues until spots are filled or the Sponsor chooses to end the Contest (“Contest Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period at its sole discretion.

4. How to Enter

1. Create Your Video:

   • Produce a TikTok video OR Instagram Reel talking about C24Club.

   • Include the hashtag #C24Club and tag the Sponsor’s official account as directed (e.g., [@C24Club], if available).

   • Use additional relevant hashtags that may help your video gain views.

   • Display or mention https://c24club.com somewhere in the video, your bio, or the description.

   • Example Topic:
     “Guys, I just found out this website gives away FREE products! Just chat on video and earn rewards on C24Club!”

2. Achieve “Viral” Metrics:

   • Your video must achieve at least 10,000 organic views and 100 likes on TikTok OR Instagram Reels or Youtube within the Contest Period.

3. Submit Your Entry:

   • Once your video meets the required views and likes, fill out the submission form or upload the direct link to your video at [Submission Link].

   • Ensure your video meets the “organic” requirement. (See Section 6 for Disqualification details.)

4. Repeat:

   • Each new video that meets the viral criteria qualifies for another prize. You may submit multiple entries so long as each video independently meets the criteria.

5. Prizes

1. Prize Description:

   • For each qualifying video, you will receive a USD $400 Gift Card Or $400 USD.

2. Prize Limit:

   • While the Contest can be repeated, prizes will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until the Sponsor announces the Contest’s closure or until spots run out.

3. Prize Delivery:

   • The gift card or cash will be delivered electronically to the email address or pay app selected provided by the Participant within 14 days or less of verification.

6. Disqualification and Content Guidelines

1. Prohibited Content:

   • Your video must comply with the guidelines of TikTok or Instagram Or Youtube and must not contain any content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.

2. Bot or Fake Engagement:

   • Any engagement (views, likes, shares) determined by the Sponsor to be fake, purchased, or otherwise inauthentic may result in immediate disqualification.

   • Sponsor reserves the right to request additional proof of authenticity or engagement metrics.

3. New/Inactive Accounts:

   • Using brand new or inactive accounts that are unlikely to have organic reach may hinder your results. Videos on such accounts must still meet the “viral” criteria under authentic conditions.

4. Compliance:

   • All Participants must adhere to all applicable platform rules, community guidelines, and local regulations.

5. Organic Traffic Requirement

   1. Source of Views: When reviewing your video’s analytics, the majority of views should be coming from the For You Page (FYP), your followers, or similar organic feeds. A disproportionate number of “direct” views (e.g., from private links, embedded, or external redirection) may be flagged as non-organic.

   2. Validation: Sponsor may request screenshots or direct access to your video analytics for verification.

   3. Non-Compliance: Videos determined to have primarily “direct” or artificially generated views will be disqualified from the Contest. Sponsor’s decision regarding authenticity is final and binding.

7. Rights Granted by You

1. License to Sponsor:

   • By submitting an entry, you grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, edit, and publish your submission for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, in all media now known or hereafter developed, without further compensation, notice, or approval.

2. Representation and Warranty:

   • You represent and warrant that your submission is an original work, created solely by you, does not violate the rights of any third party, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. Release:

   • By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action related to the Contest or prizes.

2. Technology Issues:

   • Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunction, computer, server, or other electronic or mechanical error that may prevent entries or cause data loss, damage, or corruption.

3. Force Majeure:

   • If the Contest cannot be conducted as planned due to events beyond the control of the Sponsor (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic, technical failures), Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest.

9. General Conditions

1. Compliance with Laws:

   • This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor’s Right to Modify:

   • Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation in the Contest constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.

3. Decisions are Final:

   • All decisions by the Sponsor in regard to the administration of the Contest and the selection of the winners are final and binding in all respects.

4. Data Privacy:

   • Personal information collected from Participants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of your personal information for the administration of the Contest and prize fulfillment.

5. Disputes:

   • Any and all disputes arising out of or connected with the Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and governed by the laws of Sponsor’s primary jurisdiction.
